Tree Planting

On November 13th, Benicia Key Club partnered with the BTF (Benicia Tree Foundation) to plant new tree saplings at the Benicia Community Park. About a year ago, we had held a service event with the BTF on Arbor Day to plant acorns at the same location. This time, we were able to revisit the acorns that we had planted and see their growth! The foggy weather made it a perfect time to plant trees and the fourteen Key Club members in attendance had a wonderful time learning about nature and working along with the BTF board members!
